What a day it was for LBS Builders Merchants and Total Plumbing at the prestigious Builders Merchants Journal (BMJ) Industry Awards 2025!
We're absolutely thrilled to share that our teams walked away with a string of incredible accolades, which is a true testament to the dedication, passion and hard work of everyone across the LBS Group.
We were honoured to be named:
- Independent Merchant of the year
- Timber Merchant of the year (Talbot Timber)
- E-commerce initiative of the year
And also super proud to celebrate some outstanding individual achievements too:
- Independent rising star of the year (Dayle Selvage, Manager for Total Plumbing Llanelli)
- Branch Manager of the year (Rob Matthews, Manager for LBS Neath)
- Industry Personality of the year (Rachel Davies, Managing Director)
In addition to these wins, we were also delighted to be recognised as runners-up in two highly competitive categories:
- Bathroom Showroom of the Year (Total Plumbing Swansea)
- Heating & Plumbing Merchant of the Year (Total Plumbing)
These awards are more than just trophies, they're a reflection of the incredible people who make LBS what it is. Every member of our team plays a vital role in delivering excellence day in and day out, and these honours are a celebration of that collective effort.
